Hello, I’m Canadian Diva! As you can guess from my name, I’m from Canada and I love Disney World.
I’m so honoured to say that I am one of the original writers of Tips from the Disney Diva. I have met so many wonderful Friends through Tips from the Disney Diva and I learn so much from each writer.
My family first visited Walt Disney World when my now, teenage daughter, was much younger. We were so entranced by all the magic in the air. At that time, everything for our family was about the Princesses and it was truly enchanting to see Walt Disney World through my daughter’s eyes. One of my favourite articles about my daughter’s Princess Experience is this article. Read about how Fairy Godmother Gail, gave us the most magical pixie dust!
Walt Disney World has meant so much to us over the years, however I didn’t realize just how important Walt Disney World would mean to us until my son was born. Of course, we were planning on continuing our Walt Disney World traditions with my son. When my son was less than a year old, we found out some devastating news, my son has severe food allergies. He is anaphylactic to wheat, dairy, egg and sesame.
I heard that Walt Disney World, as well as the Disney Cruise Line, was great with Food Allergies and we experienced first hand how incredible they are. Here are a couple of my favorite articles that I wrote about dining at Walt Disney World with Food Allergies: Food Allergies on the Quick Service Dining Plan and Allergy-Friendly A-Z Tips at Walt Disney World.
One of our dreams came true on our most recent vacation when we met the FAMOUS Chef Tjetjep (Chef TJ) at Cape May Café Restaurant in Walt Disney World’s Beach Club Resort. He is a popular and well respected Allergy-friendly Chef and he is truly a Rock Star. He prepared the most incredible meal and dessert for my son!
Walt Disney World is a great place for people of all ages and I really admire how inclusive Walt Disney World is.
