Here at Tips from the Disney Divas and Devos, we love giving you what we consider, some “Very Good Advice”. But we also love all of our fans and other Disney bloggers out there, and we love sharing all of your Disney tips and ideas as well. So we’ve decided to create a blog hop, where you too can share some of your “Very Good Advice”. Whether it’s about travel tips, food recommendations, favorite attractions, fascinating Disney facts or trivia, if you have some very good advice on ANYTHING Disney-related, we want to hear it!
So how do you link up? It’s simple! At the end of this article, you’ll see a little blue box with a happy little blue frog in it. Click on the blue frog and he’ll take you to the blog hop link up! From there, just copy and paste the link to your site’s article, video, podcast, etc. in the first space. On the next line, type in the name of your site, and on the last line, add your email (this won’t be displayed publicly).
So for this week’s good advice, we shared our video, “Secret Bathroom in Adventureland at Walt Disney World“, and we wrote about: “Rain, Rain, Please Stay: Tips for a Rainy Day at Disney World“, “Meet and Greet with Hiro and Baymax at Disney’s Hollywood Studios“, “Tangled Diva’s Pet Peeves at Disney World“, “Disney Cruise Line- Disney Magic Review“, and “What is the Perfect Age for a Child’s First Trip to Disney World?” While all of the articles had some great advice, I know many parents and grandparents wonder what is the best age to take their child or grandchild on their first Disney trip, so I chose to highlight Dopey Diva’s “Perfect Age” article.
Dopey Diva has been fortunate to have taken her son to Disney World every year since he was 17 months old. In considering the perfect age for a child, Dopey Diva takes into consideration the amount of stuff you have to bring (everything from diapers and wipes to strollers), nap times and sleep schedules, and her son’s reactions to each of the trips, particularly when it comes to meeting Disney characters, sitting through shows, and making height requirements to ride certain rides. While Dopey Diva gives you the disclaimer that what works for her child may be different from yours and your experience, she will give you some very good advice for your little one’s first trip. What do you think? What do you think is the best age to take a child on their first trip to Disney? And if you’re ready to book that first trip, Tips from the Disney Divas & Devos recommends using our official travel agent, Patricia Payne. Her services are free, and she’s sure to plan you a magical and hassle-free vacation! For information on a free quote, click here.
What do you have to share this week? We’re looking forward to hearing from you and be sure to check out our other Disney articles for more tips and very good advice!
