While staying at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, you have a few options for a quick grab and go meal otherwise known as Disney’s Quick Service meals. The Artist’s Palette is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and is located in the Springs section of the resort. This main area of the resort also features resort check in and the resort gift shop. You can also find the main Springs feature pool for the resort right outside the outdoor seating for the restaurant.

Breakfast is served daily from 7 a.m. –  11 a.m. You can find the menu here.

IMG_1126Bakery and snack offerings are available such as bagels, muffins, cinnamon rolls, croissants, turnovers and fruit. Cappuccino, Iced Coffee and Espresso drinks are also available. Kids’ breakfast offerings include a breakfast platter or Mickey waffles. The breakfast flatbread includes scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, crumbled bacon and cheese. A variety of omelettes are offered including country, bacon, tomato and onion, ham and cheese, mushroom, cordon bleu, vegetable, and western all served with breakfast potatoes. A country breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs, diced onion, peppers served in a whole wheat tortilla with salsa starts your morning off with a kick. My family’s favorite to share is the bounty platter which includes scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, biscuit, and a Mickey waffle. We like to get two platters to share to start our day!

Lunch and Dinner have the same menu and are served daily starting at 11 a.m.

A Chef’s Special is featured on different days of the week. Sunday and Tuesday feature meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Chicken Parmesan with penne pasta is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and Thursday and Saturday you will find Apple BBQ Pork Loin with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.

One of the specialties here is the variety of flatbreads offered. A family favorite is the cheeseburger flatbread with ground beef, onions, pickles, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. However, basic cheese or pepperoni flatbread are offered if you prefer the more traditional route (like me!)

Also available are entrees such as chicken nuggets, the hot ham and cheese sandwich, a turkey club wrap, the vegetable panini, the smoked turkey and brie sandwich, or a spicy Italian beef sandwich. Most entrees are served with house made chips, which are essentially potato chips. The food here is more deli style, and you won’t find your typical hamburger and french fries you would find at a Disney resort food court.

Kids are able to order chicken nuggets, hot dog, mac ‘n cheese, uncrustables peanut butter and jelly, five cheese Mickey ravioli or a turkey sandwich.IMG_1122

You’ll order your food at one station where you will receive an order ticket and number for your table. Then you will proceed to the cash register to pay. After paying for your meal, you fill your drinks and choose your seat. A Cast Member will bring your food to you once it is ready. Typically, there is plenty of seating available for all guests and we have never run into an issue. However, it does become crowded during peak meal times.

The Artist’s Palette restaurant shares space with the resorts grocery store and gift shop. There are one set of cash registers used for checking out for all three areas, and one line is formed for check out. During peak breakfast, lunch and dinner times the line can often get long. However, the Cast Members do their best to move everything along and keep order.

Also located here is a mug refill station for the resort. If you are only here to refill your mug, you can proceed right to the mug refill station to get your drink; no waiting in line necessary! There is a sink to wash your mug available as well.

IMG_1030To keep the kids (or adults!) occupied while waiting for your food there are art easels located throughout the open seating you may use and draw. Throughout your stay, you will notice the Cast Members feature an artist of the day on the wall. You may be lucky enough to have your drawing chosen!

The other quick service location at Saratoga Springs is located in the Paddock section of the resort, however unless you are staying in the Paddock section, you most likely will not travel there to eat. The Artist’s Palette will be your best best for a quick service meal while staying at Saratoga Springs Resort.
