I used Undercover Tourist to purchase our tickets to Disneyland. Do not let anyone fool you! I was told that MaxPass could not be purchased until I entered the park gate. That is incorrect information! What can’t be done before entering the park is scheduling Fast Passes! I purchased our multi-day tickets with Park Hopper AND MaxPass and saved nearly $100. The whole process was super easy and well worth the discount! After checking out, I received an email with my tickets. I wanted a back up so I printed them to have a hard copy but that is not necessary. Your tickets will come with a code that you enter in the Disneyland app on your phone and that will link your tickets to your preexisting Disney account. When you arrive at the park, they will scan your phone and you’re in! Easy as can be!
I also used Undercover Tourist to purchase tickets for the Disneyland Express bus service. You don’t get a huge discount here but it is just a bit cheaper. Again, tickets will be emailed to you but printing the Disneyland Express tickets is important! Print both your arrival tickets and your departure tickets! After you board the bus, someone from the bus line will come by and retrieve your ticket.

I ordered 4-5 Day Parkhoppers from Undercover Tourist in January 2019. The purchasing process was streamlined and in less than a minute from when I bought them, my e-Tickets were in my inbox.
We didn’t use the tickets until November of 2019, when I printed out the PDFs e-Tickets that were sent to me and we used those at the Disneyland entrance gate. The Cast Member took our photo and printed out at the gate our Park Hopper ticket to use for the rest of our trip. On the last day of our trip, we used the Park Hoppers to upgrade to Disneyland Annual Passes. The amount of the Park Hopper ticket that we originally purchased was used as a credit towards those passes.
