I was contacted by Kid-e tags in just before my March trip to Walt Disney World to try out their cute, and very helpful kid-e tags. Kid-e tags are tags that can be placed on items such as car seats, backpacks, lunch bags, diaper bags, keys, shoes that can tell the people who may be in care of your child if you are not with them, what allergies and other medical information they might need to know.
As there seems to be more and more children with allergies the developer of Kid-e tags, says she felt like she was “constantly communicating to daycare teachers and relatives about her two children’s severe food and drug allergies.” She put emergency id bracelets on her sons, but once they realized they could take them off and didn’t like to wear them she needed another solution that would make sure that information would be available in case of an unforeseen emergency. So she developed these great “tags”.
I think they would be great for a trip to Walt Disney World or Disneyland. It would also work as an “I’m lost” badge for kids should they get temporarily separated from you. I liked them so much we’re going to give away a Kid-e Tag Starter kit here on the site!
The Kid-e Tag starter kit includes a car seat tag/ bag tag (we attached ours to our backpack), a key tag, and shoe tag. The kit also comes with clear protective labels that protect the writing the tags after you’ve completed them.
You can also buy each of these items separately on the facebook site.
Kid-e tags also has a 5.5” x 8.25” magnetic emergency contact list that comes with a magnetic dry erase marker. Its perfect for babysitters, relatives, and older siblings that you can buy for $7.95

This is a good product that pulls double duty for parents with kids with special needs in that it relays medical information and provides contact information if your child gets separated from you while at a Disney park.
Good luck!!!
These would be great to have with 3 kids going a million different directions all the time!
With a 5 year old who is always on the move and her sibling in wheelchair I’m always afraid that I’ll “lose” one of them if we get seperated. Great product! Not just for Disney, but malls, airports, etc. 🙂

I have a son with a severe peanut allergy, what a great idea for piece of mind! Especially at a location like Disney World!
As a parent with a Special Needs child with multiple major health issues, these would be a Godsend! To have much of the info another would need for my child would be quite beneficial! I could attach to his chair, his shoes and/or his back pack! These would also be helpful as he starts a new school next year with new teachers and nurses – to have all relevant info at their fingertips!
I would this for my Autistic son! I’m constantly worried that he is ever lost, that no one will know how to find me. He looks like a normal 3yr old but he can’t communicate with others.
with 3 children sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all 3 of my girls.
This is sm awesome idea. As a mom of 3 this would be a great peace of mind for any outing.
This would be great to have. I too have a son with Asbergers, and a daughter who is just too cute! Anyway, we are going on our first trip to WDW in Aug, and this would help us feel more secure! Thanks for the giveaway!
