If you are unaware, the Monster’s Inc. meet and greet can be easily missed. It is near the Studio Backlot Tour on the Streets of America. The first time I met Mike & Sully was last spring. My best friend decided to join the band wagon and purchased an annual pass. She was new to the Disney experience. I was excited to show her EVERYTHING. However, she did not know that her favorite characters from Monster’s Inc. would be waiting for her. When we arrived at Hollywood Studios and walked by I noticed there was absolutely NO line for pictures with Mike & Sully. I grabbed her hand and ran for it. Mike & Sully are a riot. They playfully tried to take my ears and spent extra time letting us get a lot of pictures. We were having so much fun other people noticed and jumped in line. The backdrop and the line queue take you directly into Monstropolis. They even have a small gift shop right outside for all your Monster’s Inc merchandise needs. There is NOT a photopass photographer so bring your own camera. If you or a little one is a fan of the Monster’s Inc movie I would recommend this meet and greet. The lines are always short and the pictures are priceless.
