Introducing the Ingle Family! The official 2015 “First Family of Disney Diva”, chosen by YOU Diva fans!
Tell us a little about your family.
We are a family of 5 and have recently moved from Texas to Georgia. We love it here and even better, we are now just a short drive from Disney! Our three kids are ages 7, 5 and 2 years old.
How many times have you visited WDW or DL?
I have visited Disney probably more times than I can count. The magic of Disney is something that is always there now matter how many times I have been. My 3 kids have been about 6 times.
Do you have any 2015 trips planned?
As of right now, we have 3 trips planned.
When was your first visit to the parks?
My first trip to the parks, I believe I was about a year old. My most memorable trip as a child was at 5 years old with my grandparents.
What is your favorite memory from the parks?
It is hard to choose just one favorite! Every time we come there are new favorite memories made. I took my daughters to the MNSSHP in September and had such a great time. The crowds were very low and we rode all the rides and met Anna and Elsa with a less than 10 minute wait. Also, anytime my kids have met their favorite character or get to participate in the Disney magic is wonderful.
Do you have any family traditions when you visit?
We always head to Downtown Disney and visit the Candy Cauldron for yummy treats!
What is your family’s favorite WDW or DL restaurant?
Hollywood & Vine for sure. With my kids being younger, they always have so much fun getting to dance and parade around the restaurant with the characters. The food is always delicious too.
What are some family favorite rides?
Some of our favorites are the Safari at AK, Buzz Lightyear Spin, Peter Pan, the People Mover, Dumbo, Ariel at MK and my middle daughter is currently loving Journey into the Imagination with Figment at Epcot.
How do you prepare for your visits?
I try to just take the essentials and pack light.
Any other tips or tidbits you would like to share?
Enjoy yourself! 🙂 Take breaks in the middle of the day with the kids, splurge on a Mickey ice cream, take a deep breath when your little one is melting down at the happiest place on earth, get your Fastpasses and reservations done early, always rent or bring a stroller at Epcot for most kids under 8, take the boat ride from Epcot to Hollywood Studios to relax for a minute and don’t forget to get your name on some Mickey Ears before you go!
