When I finally made the difficult decision of what to purchase….I emailed Disney Floral & Gift to get a complete price that included all taxes (both US & State) and of course delivery costs. My enquiry was responded to within a few hours; it included the added tip that if I decided to purchase online I would incur an extra £2 ($3.45) charge.
Calling the USA from the UK is of course very easy, you just put 00 + 1 + the telephone number you wish to call.
The lovely lady who assisted me with my telephone sale was called Jenny, she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of all the products on offer to me.
The information that you will need to hand is: your gift recipients –
Full name
Resort name (or US postal address)
Date of check in & check out (if applicable)
An idea of what you would like to say on your gift label
Jenny informed me that my purchase of a ‘Mickey’s Kool Snack’ (a pre-filled and re-usable cool bag) would be delivered right into my friends resort room on the appointed day sometime between 8am – 8pm as long as the ‘privacy‘ sign was not displayed on the door.
She further helped me by personalizing my purchase and composing with me a little gift label to attach to it.
I paid with my credit card and…..Ta-Dah! I made a little Disney magic happen!!
