The Beach Club Resort. |
The restaurant itself has a bright & breezy beach theme, with some very imaginative use of beach umbrellas as art work around the room. Disney never fails to give us clever and whimsical decor do they?
Beautiful exotic flower displays in the foyer. |
Whether you are settling in cash or using your Disney Dining Plan (1 table service credit per person) to pay for dinner, you will get fabulous value for money by eating here.
Here you really can see food & eat it! |
Cafe Cape May also serves up a wonderful character breakfast buffet with Goofy and friends.
Our server Tammi, dressed beautifully in her candy striped uniform, was the most perfectly attentive host right throughout dinner. Nothing was too much trouble. She brought my husband a bigger bucket for his ever growing mountain of empty crab legs, and went to another kitchen to bring my children some prawn cocktail sauce (our American cousins know it as thousand island dressing). She even brought some salt water taffy sweeties (candy) for us to try at the end of our meal!
The twinkling lights of The Boardwalk |
When you leave the Beach Club in the late evening after finishing your dinner, you can admire all the lights from across the lake over at the Boardwalk. They really are quite enticing…….let them guide you over to end your night by promenading the pier – perfect.
Thank you! =)
