Of all the Disney parks, Epcot is without a doubt the most diverse when it comes to culinary options. This is mostly due to the presence of the World Showcase. With 11 different national pavilions plus the Africa Outpost, there is a seemingly endless list of meal and snack options. And while there are definitely some pricy places to eat, there are also lots of very affordable options for the Disney guest who is eating on a budget. I have developed 8 menu options for eating in Epcot for less than $40. Here is a recap of the $40 a Day rules from the original post:
1) $40 a day is for three meals and at least one snack for an adult.
2) Kids meals do not count as meals. (Ok, I may have cheated on this rule just once. I have ordered a kids meal for myself at Disney World and found that it was plenty of food for me.)
3) I can take advantage of the free water cups that you can get at restaurants. The key here is to ask for a cup of water and not just water. They will charge you for a water bottle if you just ask for water.
4) No sharing meals. I am going to assume that an adult will be hungry after walking around all day in the park and will need to refuel.
5) No bringing in outside food. I bring bottled water and snacks into the parks with me pretty regularly, but for this challenge, there is no outside food.
