IMG_2677When exploring Disney Springs you may want to grab a quick bite to eat instead of making reservations at one of the many table service locations. Our favorite go to restaurant in Disney Springs is Wolfgang Puck Express in the Marketplace section. The restaurant is located in between the Christmas Store and Earl of Sandwich and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Seating is located inside, with limited seating outside.

IMG_2676When you enter the restaurant you will place your order at the counter. The Disney Dining Plan is accepted here for one quick service credit, which includes a drink, entree and dessert. After you have placed your order, you will fill your own sodas (with unlimited refills) and pick a seat. Bottled beverages, water and alcohol are also available. You will be given an order number to place on your table, so when your food is ready it will be delivered right to your table. At some point while you are waiting for your food, a waiter or waitress should come by your table. If they are a good waiter, they will refill your drinks or get you anything you may need. So while Wolfgang’s is a quick service restaurant, it feels like a table service location.

Every meal we have had at Wolfgang’s has been delicious. There is something for everyone on the menu, including kids. Healthy meal choices are available such as a Caesar Salad, Chicken Caesar Salad, Chinois Chicken Salad, Baby Spinach and Quinoa Salad that range from $9-$13. A variety of different pizzas are offered, including margherita pizza, pepperoni pomodor pizza and barbecued chicken pizza which range from $13-$14. For pasta entrees rigatoni macaroni and cheese (pictured), ravioli in tomato basil cream sauce, chicken alfredo and rigatoni bolognese range from $12-$18.

Other entrees include a half rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes, bacon wrapped meatloaf  with crispy onion strings, and crispy chicken tenders are offered ranging from $12-$16. A few sandwiches are offered including an Italian bistro, turkey club, humus wrap or ham and swiss.

Children have a choice of macaroni and cheese and pizza. The children’s meals are also reasonable at $7-$8.

IMG_2686My favorite course, dessert, includes your choice of fruit, yogurt parfait, crème brulee or frozen yogurt with toppings. As you can tell from the menu options you will not find your typical Disney hamburger or chicken fingers. Although, I do believe at one point chicken fingers were on the kids menu as those are my kid’s favorite. The complete menu is available on Disney’s website here.
Once your food is delivered, your waiter or waitress should come over and check on you. If you need your dessert brought to you, they will also do that when you are done eating. I personally like this, as you aren’t just ordering at the counter and then going to your table without any assistance. If a waiter or waitress does assist you it is customary to leave a tip for their service.

The other quick service restaurants at Disney Springs are limited, but includes Earl of Sandwich. Most restaurants are table service restaurants, and require reservations. If you have not made reservations, they may not accept walk-ins or you will have an extended wait. Typically, Disney Springs is a down day for us to take a break from the parks. We usually are playing it by ear with some pool time and a more relaxed schedule, so a quick service works best or our family.

This is my favorite quick service place in Disney Springs, what’s yours? Feel free to tell me in the comments below!
