So you’ve just returned from a Magical Vacation and are joyfully reliving your memories through your photos. Hopefully you took advantage of Walt Disney World’s Photo Pass Service and Memory Maker Package. (Disneyland, Disney Cruise Lines, Aulani and several other locations offer a similar Disney Photo Service.)
The questions quickly become “How do I store these photos? How do I choose? or How do I enjoy these regularly?” I’m sure many of us have boxes of photos shelved in the top of our closets. Only coming out to be viewed on special occasions. But where is the fun or value?
Our family has made it a habit to take our favorite photos from each of our vacations and preserve them in a beautifully designed photo book. Our normal vacation photos make it to books produced by Snapfish or Shutterfly. But Disney vacations are special. They deserve the same magic that it took to create such amazing memories.
So we opt to honor these photos in personalized Disney Photo Books.
This amazing product offers many options not commonly found in other photo book products.
*Disney Photo Books offers more personal photograph options. Upload your own personal photos or use pictures claimed through My Disney Photo Pass. No need to choose one or the other!
*Disney Photo Books offer over 15 customizable covers. Choose from playful cartoons, classic Mickey or an elegant-high quality-foil embossed cover highlighting one of the iconic castles.
*Customize your book with your own photos and titles. Depending on the cover chosen you may have the option to add your own personal photo. All covers offer the option of adding a title (two lines of 20 max characters each).
*Close to 30 varying page templates for each theme. Using the provided templates, design each of the pages to your own standard. Again, there are endless backgrounds, layouts and character/attraction photos. This is where the fun really begins. YOU PICK THE THEME for your pages! The main options include Disney Parks, Disney Princesses, Pixar Characters, Mickey & Friends, Adventures by Disney, Sports, or Disney Cruise Lines. Now just match your chosen photos to a page layout and drag your photo to the assigned frame. Add your text and a few stickers and the page is complete!
*The ability to add additional pages. The beginner’s Disney Photo Book includes 20 pages. Up to 40 pages can be added for an extra fee.
*Excellent editing tools. Spell check, cut/copy and arranging tools are just a few of the many options available to build your personal photo book.
*Long lasting, high quality construction. Disney Photo Books are built to last! As per Disney’s description, these books are stitched together, not glued. The pages truly stay in place!
*Reasonable Price. Now, please remember we are talking about a Disney product here. The starting price for the standard Photo Book is $79.95. The price does increase with the addition of extra pages.
As a family we have spent many hours planning, saving for and enjoying our Disney Vacations. Why not put the same amount of time into preserving all of these precious memories. It is so easy to get the kids involved in the Photo Book design. And, the look on their faces when they see the book they created is absolutely priceless…that alone is worth another photo!
