Here at Tips from the Disney Divas and Devos, we love giving you what we consider, some “Very Good Advice”. But we also love all of our fans and other Disney bloggers out there, and we love sharing all of your Disney tips and ideas as well. So we’ve decided to create a blog hop, where you too can share some of your “Very Good Advice”. Whether it’s about travel tips, food recommendations, favorite attractions, fascinating Disney facts or trivia, if you have some very good advice on something Disney-related, we want to hear it!
So how do you link up? It’s simple! At the end of this article, you’ll see a little blue box with a happy little blue frog in it. Click on the blue frog and he’ll take you to the blog hop link up! From there, just copy and paste the link to your site’s article, video, podcast, etc. in the first space. On the next line, type in the name of your site, and on the last line, you can add an email if you’d like (this won’t be displayed publicly).
But remember, if you decide to link up, please leave comments on at least one or two of the other bloggers’ sites. Everyone likes to hear positive feedback. Also, please add the “Very Good Advice” Alice Button somewhere on your site so other people can share their good advice too! Remember, as long as you have a Disney (and family friendly) themed article/video/podcast/etc. we want to talk about it!
Every Saturday, Tips from the Disney Divas and Devos will be running our “Very Good Advice” Blog Hop, where we share our advice for the week with you, and you get to share your “Very Good Advice” with us and our readers!
So for this week’s good advice, we shared our video, “Tips for Cinderella’s Royal Banquet“, and we wrote about: Peter Pan’s Flight New Interactive Queue at Walt Disney World, Tips for Minimizing Meltdowns at Disney, Food Allergies- Tips for Dining at Walt Disney World, Rafiki’s Planet Watch at Animal Kingdom WDW, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Dining- Sanaa. While all of our articles have very good advice as usual, the one that stood out to me was Meg the Clever Diva’s article on Food Allergies.
As Meg the Clever Diva points out, food allergies can cause you to rethink your vacation plans, and can require a lot more planning than the rest of us who take for granted what’s on the menu. Depending on the severity of the food allergy, a person may face anything from mild discomfort to a life-threatening reaction. So if you or someone in your group does have a food allergy, this article can provide some invaluable advice. Meg the Clever Diva explains the three types of dining available at Walt Disney World, as well as her family’s interaction with the chefs (who like most cast members, go out of their way to make your vacation special), and what to do when it comes to making your Advanced Dining Reservations (ADR). If you have not read this article, or if you know anyone planning a vacation who has food allergies, I HIGHLY recommend you read it!
What do you have to share this week? We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
