Yes, I have used one and now I am actually one myself and I love my job!!I think it is especially important for people to use one of us if it is your first time or you have not been in a long time. and I also think its good for expects sometimes too because we can go through the reservations and make sure they are getting the best deal and if they are entitled to a refund, we will make sure that the clients get it. With how big Disney is, they will never do that. Just putting my two sense in.
