Looking for something fun and unique to do while in Disney? How about Cirque du Soleil?
Cirque du Soleil – La Nouba is a circus-like performance that incorporates many types of acrobatics, dancers and much more! This is far more than just your typical Barnum & Bailey Circus. By adding amazing music and fun drama this show will leave you awe-struck and mesmerized. There are shows at 6:00pm and at 9:00 pm, but you will need to check the calendar to see what nights performances are scheduled. Especially during “off season” at Disney.
The show begins with some fun clown-like characters who really interact with the audience. You will follow the story through their eyes as your hosts (And be on the look out – those ‘clowns’ reappear throughout the show!) Next come amazing acts like a trapeze artist, highwire, trampoline acrobats, jugglers, even little girls with diabolos! (Those little girls are the highlight of the show by far.) You will gasp at every act and your hands will ache from applause.
Yes, the price tag is a little high for this show – especially if you are bringing the entire family.
Depending on where you sit you can pay “a little” or a lot. Pricing is as follows (as of 1/4/12, prices will vary):

This show will not disappoint! Your kids will love it and it is really enjoyable as an adult-only outing! Make it a full night event by get dinner at Downtown Disney before (or after) the show! If you need a babysitter you can have one in any resort on property. Read the Disney Diva’s review on babysitting HERE.
I absolutely love Cirque! And I totally agree that the better seats are up high.
